Where do I send the completed FTB 3549-A form once I complete it?
My estimated closing date is 7/31/10. Should this form be submitted with all my other documents at closing?Or should I complete the form and submit to the fax number listed?

Please advise so that I can take an advantage of the tax credit offer for 1st time homeowners.

[...] The 2010 California Tax Credit for new and first time home buyers will continue to provide some stimulus for home sales. However, this program has a limited financial capacity. The first time buyer component of the plan will likely be subscribed by the end of June. The new home component may be available for a bit more time after that. [...]
