The California Tax Credit for the purchase of a new home is sizzling hot!
One month into its availability, the maximum $10,000 Tax Credit has drawn over 2,600 applications, totaling almost $25.6 million of tax credit allocation. That’s more than 25% of the total allocation! At the current rate, it is estimated that the total $100 million allocation will be exhausted in June of this year.
